An experienced and commercially aware HR professional with a wealth of general management experience, Sue left her HR Director role to work with a range of Blue Chip companies before launching The HR Dept. Her pragmatic and practical approach appeals to the SME owner managers and helped build a sound business base in North Bristol. HS Dept. sits alongside HR Dept. to provide a comprehensive support service with unrivalled experience and expertise.

Mike Stevenson - Financial Director – As FD Mike has ensured the HR Dept. has a sound base on which to expand, leading to the launch of HS Dept. Mike Stevenson had done battle with many a Personnel Department in his life as an MD in the manufacturing industry. He was attracted to the HR Dept because for once this was a business support service not a hindrance. HS Dept. aims to replicate the proven success of this model by offering companies comprehensive health & safety support.
