Those who complete Level 2 can expect an informative, engaging and thought-provoking experience on their day with us while getting trained as a designated mental health first aider for their company.
Attendees will feel more confident talking to those experiencing an immediate mental health crisis, or in helping to encourage someone to seek help for the first time.
These are recognised qualifications on the RQF framework, are valid for 3 years, and are assessed by an end-of-course assessment. Certificates will be sent out to successful attendees.
Resources will be provided that you can take away with you.
Depending on the size of your organisation, and the range of roles employed, we would suggest more than one employee receives training, as it is important that all employees to have someone they feel they can approach and that there is adequate cover for sickness and holidays.
