Meet the team
Graham Richardson
Health & Safety Consultant
Graham has always been passionate about health & safety and that passion has led to the role of Consultant with the H&S Dept in his native North East.
After serving an engineering apprenticeship and building a career within the UK steel industry, including time as a health and safety officer, he has gone on to gain extensive experience of health and safety management within industries as varied as Oil & Gas services, Construction, Glass manufacture, event management and the NHS. On sites as varied as 5 to 500 employees.
As a team player with 34 years of industrial experience Graham has also been involved with production and quality management and is an auditor for Health & Safety, Environment and Quality management systems.
He is a Graduate member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
Alison Schreiber
Director
Alison is a Technical Member of IOSH and qualified to NEBOSH Diploma (Pt 1). She worked in the manufacturing sector for 26 years and, as well as over 14 years’ experience in Health and Safety, is also highly experienced in HR, R&D (Research and Development) and Business Management.
Alison thrives on being able to make a difference when working with small and medium businesses by supporting their Health & Safety and HR. She is passionate about the local area, having been born and raised in Durham.
