Insured advice that you can lean on

The Health & Safety Dept advice line can be supplemented by optional legal expenses insurance. Our Advice line Compliance and Regulation insurance means that if you are prosecuted by a statutory authority or regulator (such as the Police or the Health and Safety Executive) the policy will indemnify you for what could be the substantial legal cost of defending yourself in court.
